I offer services at four tiers:
Proofreading
Basic copy-editing. I will correct or annotate any punctuation or typographical errors, including misspellings, homonyms, and missing words.
General Editing
Beyond proofreading, this includes grammatical corrections and suggestions to make your sentences flow better. I take a good look at your prose and suggest ways to improve it.
Macro Editing
I will give you feedback on the overall structure of your work as well as grammatical corrections and basic proofreading. At this level I'll help with story structure, potentially problematic tropes, and continuity issues.
Formatting
More basic than proofreading, here I will take your digital manuscript and format it in a way that will pass submission standards for your ebook publishing platform of choice. This works best as an addition to one of the other tiers unless your manuscript has already been edited by someone else.
